| I. Background | |
| SLITRK6（SLIT and NTRK like family member 6）是一種屬于 SLITRK 家族的基因， 主要在神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)中表達(dá)，尤其在成人腦部的紋狀體（putamen）中高度表達(dá)，而在大腦皮層 無(wú)表達(dá)；它也存在于成年和胎兒肺組織及胎兒肝臟中。該基因編碼的蛋白包含多個(gè)亮氨酸 富集重復(fù)區(qū)（LRR），參與神經(jīng)突觸發(fā)育與調(diào)控，能抑制神經(jīng)突起生長(zhǎng)，并在內(nèi)耳神經(jīng)回 路發(fā)育中起關(guān)鍵作用。研究表明，SLITRK6 基因突變可能與聽(tīng)力障礙和視力問(wèn)題相關(guān)，例 如有病例顯示其純合突變可能導(dǎo)致重度耳聾。此外，在男性性取向的研究中，SLITRK6 基 因也被發(fā)現(xiàn)存在差異，提示其可能影響大腦下丘腦區(qū)域的激素調(diào)控。目前，該基因已成為 神經(jīng)發(fā)育、聽(tīng)覺(jué)疾病及行為遺傳學(xué)研究的重要靶點(diǎn)。 | |
